Be Still My Lover’s Heart
by Lisa Hannah Wells
A tale of two strong women who are the aggressive crew of a spacecraft built for fighting for the Union against marauding pirates in the colony worlds. Intrigue and betrayal run within their command and they are rescued by the leader of an ancient race called Vatamp. There are many erotic scenes, a story of suffering due to love and injury and the beginnings of epic adventure as Shea, Tempest, Rivera, Aveal and Cami bridge the boundaries of species. These are things I enjoyed of this work.

The story of two people imprisoned during conflict in an unnamed middle eastern country. Not only do they escape the prison in which they’ve been starved, interrogated and tortured but they also escape the prisons they built for themselves. Both Emma and David had suffered through failed relationships before their imprisonment but drawing on their combined strength they seize the opportunity when it comes to escape with and into each other. The editing is top-notch and the descriptive writing did its job in painting imagery into the mind of this reader.
Inhale A Just Breathe Novel
by Kendall Grey
Inhale takes place half in the place where your essence vacations when you are sleeping, the Dreaming. The other half is in our physical environment called Realis. Sentinels protect us in the Dreaming by enforcing the rules that we are to be left alone by rogue beings called Elementals and avarice beings which are called Fyres.
Bouncing back and forth between these worlds Zoe:Muse and Gavin:Mr Perfect embark on a Romance of healing for both them and these two worlds. Okay, the romance is there, the erotica is there, inciting incident and an adventurous plot are there…oh yeah there is that whole save all our lives thing.
I like this book and recommend it. An after-blurb by the author states that she lives off of a dusty back road in Georgia. It is very obvious that she has at least been to Brisbane in her mind.
