Passengers to Zeta Nine

Let me begin this by saying I thought is book was awesome. The concept of downloading and uploading people is just great. Explorer ships are sent out with AIs running things until the ship reaches its intended destination and deems the planet suitable for humans. Then the crew is birthed as needed to proceed with exploration and colonization.
Discoveries are made and the man tries to stick it to our protagonists so that a more aggressive agenda of technology and resource stripping may be pursued from a hundred plus year reach. Which side will you cheer for? The characters were excellent, the plot plausible and the adventure not to be missed.
