The Hamster Wheel

As a Science Fiction author it stimulates thought to examine behavior in the printed word. When you finally see it on the screen it can lead to face palming, blushing, cursing and maybe impulsive rebooting. If that seems unstable then imagine that you are that author scrambling for time to write their work and having to shift gears to be become a sales person.
Promoting one’s work is a soul scraping task that eats away at the creative juices required to come up with the stories that are the reason for writing in the first place. Was that circular enough?
In light of this drain on my time and creativity I am reverting to the blog-facelessbook-twit-o-meter method of least effort on my part so that I may actually make progress on my work.
